When thinking about grouting a Cryntel self=adhesive floor it’s best to forget about it. The problem is the grouting will not stay in the grooves and get all over the tile, ruining its finish.
The best thing is to wax the floor after about 2 weeks and that should fill in any grooves.

I installed cryntel romastone self adhesive tiles about a month ago. I grouted them and they look wonderful. Grouted them with the recommended grout and had no problem with it. The floor looks and feels like ceramic except warmer and softer. Time will tell how they hold up.
I have had great success with cryntel romastone, I have seen where they have lasted forever, but you still need to lay them well and grout them good.
I installed a beautiful Cryntel vinyl tile floor about a month ago. I followed all instructions to a T. The mfg said to install it indoors only, and since I was installing it in my sun room, I thought it was a great fit. I mean this floor looked BEAUTIFUL. I used the grout the mfg sells, and used the 1/8″ spacers that I’ve used for ceramic tile before. The problem is that even though I had stored the tiles in the sunroom for 2 weeks prior to installation, as soon as the tiles were exposed to the direct sunlight, they tried to expand exponentially. Since the edges of the tiles are locked down to the underlayment by the presence of the vinyl grout, the tiles had no-where to expand to. So, at the present time I have a whole bunch of little tile tents on the floor, with the centers up about 1/8″to 3/16″. I can walk them back nown, but they come right back up. I am trying to get Lowes to contact the mfg to try to get a refund. It’s still going to be a lot of work to replace the floor. I guess I could try to pull each tile up and use other ashesive on them, but I would have to be careful not to get the adhesive on the grout. Then if that wouldn’t work, I’d have to scrape the extra adhesive up to put down another floor. It’s an unfortunate mess.
